Personal branding, content strategy, and creative direction for artists, athletes, founders, and creators who are serious about their presence.
868 Creative is a personal branding and content strategy agency built for the people who are actually building something — artists and musicians growing a fanbase, founders turning their name into their biggest asset, athletes and coaches building a platform that works off the field, and creators who are serious about doing it with intention.
We work across every stage — from people just starting to define who they are online, to businesses that need a full social media presence managed end to end. What we do is simple: we build the strategy, the identity, and the content presence that makes people stop, follow, and trust you.
Your brand is your first impression. We make sure it's the right one.
Musicians, artists, DJs, photographers, designers, producers — if you create, you need a social media presence that reflects the quality of your work. We build the brand that gets you noticed and followed.
People buy from people. If you're building a company, your personal social media presence is one of your most powerful sales tools. We help founders grow on social media so their audience grows with their business.
Athletes, trainers, coaches, fitness creators — sponsorships, partnerships, and clients all start with a strong social media presence. We grow your following and turn your platform into an asset that works off the field too.
Lifestyle creators, coaches, consultants, educators — anyone with a story or expertise worth sharing. If you're building a name for yourself on social media, we give you the strategy and content to do it with intention.
Brands, shops, studios, and services that need a strong social media presence but aren't built around one person. We manage your content, build your identity, and grow your audience — no spokesperson required.
Every package is built around one goal — a brand that people remember. Choose the level that fits where you are right now.
Get your identity, aesthetic, and posting plan locked in. The right starting point for anyone building their presence on one platform.
1 platform of your choice — you pick where to focus. IG or TikTok recommended to start.
A real monthly strategy session plus content direction across two platforms. Know exactly what to post, where, and why — every single month.
2 platforms — your choice. Mix and match to fit where your audience lives. Strategy is tailored to each platform selected.
You focus on the work. We handle the content — full calendar, proper reel edits, hashtag strategy, and performance review across three platforms every month.
3 platforms — IG + TikTok + 1 of your choice. Full content managed across all three. The third platform is yours to select.
Your brand, fully handled across all five platforms — strategy, content, reel edits, visual identity, creative direction, and priority access. End to end, nothing missing.
All 5 platforms — fully managed. Every channel handled end to end. No picking and choosing — this is the complete presence.
Not every brand fits a fixed tier. If you need a specific combination of platforms, deliverables, or support — tell us what you're building and we'll scope something around you. Fully flexible, built to scale.
A full month of content — mapped out, captioned, and ready to post. No more guessing what to put up next.
One focused hour to get your brand direction locked in — who you're talking to, what to say, and where to say it. Comes with a written strategy doc within 48 hours.
We review your entire brand presence and tell you exactly what's working, what's hurting you, and what to fix first.
Your brand's visual language — colors, fonts, mood, and aesthetic — so everything you post looks intentional and consistent.
The best place to start from zero. Audit + Strategy Session + Content Calendar bundled together — everything you need to launch with intention. Save $75 vs buying separately.
Not sure what you need? Tell us your goals and we'll build the right package around you.
868 put Eunri in front of people who actually needed to see it. The views, the attention, the growth — it all happened faster than I thought was possible.
Answer a few quick questions about your brand, your goals, and what you're building. Takes less than 3 minutes.
We jump on a quick call to go through your answers, understand where you're at, and confirm the right package for you — including a clear breakdown of exactly what that package covers and what to expect.
You get access to your own client portal — your hub for deliverables, feedback, and everything we're building together.
We start immediately. Strategy, content, creative direction — all handled. You stay focused on what you do best.
Every month we get on a call to go over what's working, address any concerns, and walk through exactly what your package is delivering — so you always know what you're getting and where things are heading.
Everything you'd want to know before filling out the form. If something isn't covered here, reach out directly — we reply fast.
Start With the Intake FormWe review your form, get a clear picture of where you're at and what you need, then reach out within 24 hours to set up a quick call. That call is low-pressure — it's us making sure we understand your situation and confirming the right package before anything starts.
Nothing is charged or committed to until after that call. You'll know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before you agree to anything.
Fast. Once we've had our onboarding call and you've signed the agreement, you'll typically have your first deliverable within 5–7 business days — whether that's a content calendar, strategy doc, or brand aesthetic guidelines.
We don't do long ramp-up periods. The first month is structured to get your foundation in place quickly so you're seeing real output straight away.
No long-term lock-in. All retainers are month-to-month by default. We earn your business every month through real results — not by holding you to a contract.
If you want a fixed-term arrangement for a specific campaign or project, we can structure that too. We'll figure out whatever fits your situation on the onboarding call.
Yes. Month-to-month retainers require 14 days written notice to cancel — you're covered through your current billing period and we deliver everything completed up to that point. No surprise charges, no penalty.
For one-time projects, the 50% deposit kicks off the work. Refunds aren't available once we've started, but you'll always know exactly what's being delivered before we begin.
For monthly retainers, payment is due on the 1st of each month. Work for that month begins once payment clears. If payment is more than 5 days late, we may pause services until it's settled — no penalties, just a pause.
For one-time projects, we take a 50% deposit upfront to start, and the remaining 50% on delivery. Accepted methods include Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and e-Transfer — we'll confirm the best option for you on the onboarding call.
You'll have a direct line to us — no ticketing system, no assistant. We communicate through email and a shared client portal where all deliverables, feedback, and files live in one place.
Every package includes a monthly call to review what's working and plan the month ahead. For higher-tier packages, that call is longer and more strategic. Outside of calls, we aim to respond to messages within 24 hours on business days — Priority Support clients get first in line.
It depends on the package. Brand Foundation and Brand Strategy are strategy-and-direction tiers — we build the plan, direct the vision, and handle light editing, but you film and post.
Content Management and Creative Direction are done-for-you. You send raw footage, we handle everything from there — editing, captions, scheduling, and posting on your behalf. You focus on your work; we run the content side.
You give us access to your accounts and we take it from there. We edit the footage you send, write the captions, schedule each post at the right time for your audience, and publish — without you needing to touch it.
You'll have approval visibility before anything goes live if you want it. Most clients review the first few posts until they trust the process, then hand it off completely. Either works — we follow your lead.
Every deliverable includes two rounds of revisions at no extra charge — real adjustments, not just minor tweaks. If something isn't right, we fix it before it goes anywhere.
After the first month, the back-and-forth typically gets minimal because we understand your brand well enough to get it right the first time. That's the goal from day one.
We cover Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook. Which ones are active depends on your package — Brand Foundation covers one platform, Brand Strategy covers two, Content Management covers three, and Creative Direction covers all five.
We'll help you decide which platforms make the most sense for your goals and audience on the onboarding call. Most clients starting out focus on IG and TikTok first, then expand as their presence grows.
Every content calendar is delivered as a clean Google Sheet or Notion doc with 20–30 post concepts mapped out for the month. Each entry includes the content idea, the hook angle, caption direction, the best posting time, and the hashtag set for that post type.
It's not a vague list of topics — it's a ready-to-execute plan. You (or we, depending on your package) pick it up and follow it. Nothing left to figure out.
If you want to understand your brand before committing to a retainer, the Full Brand Starter Pack ($350) is the best entry point — audit, strategy session, and content calendar in one package.
If you're ready for monthly output and want strategic direction without full management, Brand Foundation ($200/mo) is where most people start. Brand Strategy ($350/mo) is where you land when you want more hands-on direction across two platforms.
Not sure? Fill out the intake form — we'll tell you exactly where we think you should start based on your situation, no pressure.
Yes, and it's straightforward. Because everything is month-to-month, you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch packages at the start of any new billing cycle. Just let us know before the 1st of the month and we'll adjust accordingly.
Most clients start at a lower tier to get the foundation right, then move up once they see the results and want more hands-on management. We'll flag when we think you're ready to scale up — we won't push it before it makes sense.
One-time projects are fixed deliverables — a content calendar, a brand strategy session, a visual identity concept, or an audit. You pay once, we deliver, done. They're ideal if you need a specific output or want to test the waters before committing to ongoing work.
Monthly retainers are ongoing — we're actively working on your brand every month, adapting the strategy based on what's performing, and building something that compounds over time. That's where the real results come from. Many clients start with a one-time project and move into a retainer once they've seen what we can do.
Brand clarity and a real content strategy usually show up within the first 30 days. Follower growth and meaningful engagement improvements typically take 60–90 days of consistent, strategic output.
Social media compounds. One month won't transform your account, but three months of intentional, on-brand content will. We build things that keep working — not just chase a quick spike.
No — and we won't. Anyone guaranteeing specific follower counts is running ads or telling you what you want to hear. What we guarantee is real strategic work, real deliverables, and real effort on your brand every month.
The Eunri case study on this page — 30,000+ profile view increase and 455% content reach growth in 5 days — that's what happens when the strategy is right and the content is right. We can't promise an algorithm. We can promise we'll build something worth growing.
Every month we review what's actually happening on your platforms — reach, saves, shares, profile visits, follower growth, and engagement rate. We look at which content types are performing and which aren't, and we adjust the strategy for the next month accordingly.
This review happens on your monthly call. You'll always know what's working, what we're changing, and why. No vanity metrics, no spin — just an honest read of the data and a clear direction forward.
868 works best with people who are actually building something — independent artists and musicians growing a fanbase, founders and entrepreneurs turning their name into an asset, athletes and coaches building a platform beyond their sport, and creators who want their content to look and feel intentional.
The common thread is people who take their brand seriously and understand that showing up consistently and strategically is what separates the ones who grow from the ones who don't. If that's you, we'll work well together.
That's exactly what we're here for. You'll never open your camera and wonder what to film. Every month we deliver a content plan with specific ideas, hooks, and shot directions tailored to your brand, your platforms, and what's actually working in your niche right now.
For higher-tier clients we also produce a Filming Guide — a document that tells you exactly what shots to get, how to frame them, what to say, and what to avoid. It's the same kind of brief we prepared for our client Luis before his training reel shoot. You show up knowing exactly what you need to walk away with.
You don't need to figure anything out on your own. That's the whole point.
Think about it this way — a film director doesn't hold the camera, the actor still performs, but the whole thing only works because of the person calling the shots. You recording is 10% of what makes content work. The other 90% is the strategy, the idea, the hook, the edit, the caption, the timing, and the positioning — and that's all us.
Without a plan, you could film all day and post into a void. With the right direction, one 30-second clip filmed on your phone can reach tens of thousands of people. We saw that firsthand with the Eunri campaign — 30,000+ profile views and 455% content reach growth in 5 days, from footage a founder filmed himself.
What you're paying for is the thinking, the strategy, and the execution around your content — not just someone to hold your phone.
No. Every piece of content in the Eunri campaign — the one that drove 30,000+ profile views — was filmed on a phone. Modern iPhones and Android flagships shoot better video than most people ever use. The issue is almost never the camera.
What matters is lighting, framing, and knowing what you're filming before you press record — and we cover all three. We'll tell you what setup to use, how to position yourself or your subject, and what to do in post. A phone, good light, and a clear direction beats a $5,000 camera with no plan every time.
For packages where you're filming and posting yourself — Brand Foundation and Brand Strategy — plan for roughly 1.5 to 2 hours per week. That covers one focused filming session and posting the edited clips we turn around for you. We structure it so you can batch everything in one sitting rather than scrambling daily.
For Content Management and Creative Direction, your time drops significantly. You send us footage when you have it — even a 20-minute filming session once a week is enough — and we handle everything else. Most clients at those tiers say it stops feeling like work and starts feeling like their brand is just running.
That's more common than you'd think, and it's something we plan around. A strong brand presence doesn't require you to be a talking head on every post. There are plenty of formats that work — screen recordings, behind-the-scenes clips, text-on-screen content, product or work shots, voiceover — and we'll build your content plan around what you're actually comfortable doing.
That said, if being on camera is something you want to build toward, we can ease you into it. The Filming Guide we provide includes exact scripts, framing directions, and delivery notes that take a lot of the pressure off. Most people who think they're bad on camera just haven't had the right direction yet.
Simple. Create a Google Drive folder (or iCloud shared album if you're on iPhone), drop all your footage in, and send us the link. Raw files are too large to DM or email, so a shared folder is the cleanest way to do it.
Don't filter or pre-select clips before sending — send everything you filmed, including the messy takes and the moments you think didn't work. More footage gives us more to work with, and sometimes the clips that feel awkward in the moment are exactly what lands on camera. We'll pick the best of it.
Submit it below. Aidan reads every one and replies directly — if it's something others would want to know, it gets added to the FAQ.
